These terms govern your use of BestFlightsBooking and any flight booking made through our website or over the phone. Please read them before booking a trip with us.
Using our service
BestFlightsBooking helps you compare flight options and complete a booking, either through our website or by speaking with one of our agents. You agree to give us accurate information about your travel dates, passengers, and payment method so we can book the correct itinerary.
Quotes and pricing
Fares change quickly and are set by the airlines, not by us. A price we quote is only guaranteed once your booking is confirmed and paid for. Taxes, fees, and baggage charges may be added by the airline after booking depending on your fare type.
Booking confirmation
A trip is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation number from us. We recommend verifying your itinerary directly with the airline once you receive it. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by the airline after booking.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation policies are set by the airline for each fare. We will always tell you the relevant fare rules before you pay. Where an airline allows a change or refund, we will help you process it; where a fare is non-refundable, we cannot override that on your behalf.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless we've agreed otherwise on the phone. By providing a payment method, you confirm you're authorized to use it for this purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site or phone service to submit false booking information, attempt fraudulent payment, or interfere with the normal operation of our booking systems.
Limitation of liability
We work to find and confirm accurate flight options, but we do not control airline operations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. Continuing to use our service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
